ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of Abundant Life Family Church Ltd (“Church”) will be convened and held at Link@AMK, #06-24, 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62, Singapore 569139 on Sunday, 28 June 2026 at 1.30 pm to transact the following business:

1. To report on current Church Committee members
2. To confirm the minutes of AGM held on 29 June 2025
3. To adopt the Financial Statements of the Church for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Directors’ Statement and the Auditor’s Report
4. To reappoint Pinnally PAC as auditor for the ensuing year
5. Any other business

1. A Registered member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy must be a Registered member of the Church.
